Building a seamless buying experience is our priority at Buildings 4 U. To ensure your purchase aligns perfectly with your needs and desires, we offer the following valuable tips:
Measuring Guidelines
Carports: We recommend that you measure the width of each vehicle to be covered and add 5' for each vehicle.
RV Covers: It is important to include air conditioners in the height needed along with any slide outs in the width.
Anchoring
Our range of building anchors includes asphalt anchors, rebar pin anchors, concrete anchors and storm anchors. Storm anchors are designed to withstand severe weather conditions, including strong winds, providing stability and resistance. Storm or asphalt anchors can be added for $35 each, pin or concrete anchors are included with your purchase. Contact 811 to have any utility lines marked that could be running underneath the planned installation site.
Installation Surface
For a successful installation, ensure a level surface without obstructions like tree limbs, cars, and power lines. Provide a minimum 36" clearance all around for our crews.
Purchase Options
We have three purchase options available:
1. Cash full purchase: Pay a deposit at purchase, balance upon completion.
2. Rent to Own: No credit check
3. Financing: Credit check required
